Refund policy
Try BSC free before you pay. If a yearly plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.
Yearly plans
Ask within 14 days of a yearly payment and we'll refund it in full, however many pages you've converted. This covers your first yearly payment and each yearly renewal. After 14 days, you can still cancel, and your plan stays active until the end of the year you've paid for.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans aren't refundable. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, with no further charges. The free plan lets you test the converter on your own statements before you pay.
Changing plans
When you upgrade, you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the yearly payment gets the same 14-day refund. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
How to ask for a refund
Go to Support, choose "Billing, refund or cancellation" and send the request from the email on your account. We refund to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. Once a plan is refunded, your account moves to the Free plan.
Your legal rights
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have extra rights under the consumer law where you live, and this policy doesn't limit them.
